ABOUT EMMA

Hey guys! I am Emma – I’m a midwestern gym owner, wife & mama (to a son and 2 pups). I’m a hella competitive meathead hippie that loves CrossFit, coffee, good local food & Jesus. I strive to be relentlessly honest and authentic at all costs. My passion in life is to help others rise up to their true potential through empowering, educating and coaching. After spending some years owning and running my own nutrition business, I decided to dissolve it and team up with Chasity to help people change their lives – together. It’s a heck of a lot more fun being a part of a tribe of like-minded coaches & clients vs. doing this alone. And coaching within the Fearlessly Authentic Movement is exactly where God led me to be.

Q&A WITH EMMA

My passion in life is to help others rise up to their true potential through empowering, educating and coaching. After spending some years owning and running my own nutrition business, I decided to dissolve it and team up with Chasity to help people change their lives – together. It’s a heck of a lot more fun being a part of a tribe of like-minded coaches & clients vs. doing this alone. And coaching within the Fearlessly Authentic Movement is exactly where God led me to be.

I was sick of seeing the people around me with health issues that could have largely been prevented…also a reason why I left Nursing and transitioned to obtaining my Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Wellness. Over the years I had developed body dysmorphia that led me towards a downward slope. CrossFit and its community actually completely changed my life and helped me see that women are beautiful, powerful & strong. I fell in love I fell in love with the empowering, competitive and supportive nature of the individuals I surrounded myself with – leading me to compete in CrossFit and open my own gym, CrossFit Blue Moon in Sussex, WI.

At 25 I was told that I might need a hip replacement and that I would never be able to squat, jump or run long distances again. I decided that I wasn’t going to let my situation define the outcome, and even though I had to wear crutches for my wedding and honeymoon, I wasn’t going to let my injury define me. I worked my butt off and did NOT end up needing a hip replacement. I rehabbed the crap out of my body through food & fitness, to the point where I was matching and hitting new personal lifting and fitness records!

I love to collect local pottery 🙂

I loooooooove coffee. My favorite past time is finding local coffee places <3
By far, the best plant based protein out there! And I’ve tried MANY since my body is a sensitive flower to whey products.
