Welcome to FLA Movement! Our coaches are here to make healthy living simple, safe, and realistic for you. We know that as we get older, our bodies change and we need exercise and nutrition plans that actually fit our busy everyday lives. We do not believe in extreme diets or exhausting workouts. Instead, we give you the friendly support, step-by-step guidance, and real-world tools you need to move better, feel stronger, and live with more energy every single day.


 

Zuzana Faldiova, Coach

Coach ZuZ here! I have always been an active person – played tennis, got injured, found Crossfit, got injured and started Weightlifting.

 In between all that I met Chasity who changed my life forever and now I am proud to be one of her FLA coaches teaching people what she taught me and changing people’s lives the way she had changed mine. 

I live in a small town in Slovakia (at the moment anyway), (google it if it’s the first time you’re hearing about Slovakia) – but love traveling and changing scenery whenever I feel like it. That is one of the reasons why I decided to move to Sydney, Australia where I spent 5 years of my life.

 I LOVE dogs of all shapes and sizes, but I love my two dogs the most – Zeus and Elsa. I don’t like to take life too seriously – we all deserve to have fun and enjoy the ride and I am a firm believer that we should be allowed to follow our dreams and goals (or islands as we like to call them in the FLA). 

So whenever you are ready, I am always excited to help you get to your next island.
