I am a health and Nutrition and lifestyle coach, CrossFit Game Athlete, and Business Coach.

I've conquered numerous challenges, including battling eating disorders, to help men and women rebuild their body, health, and identity..

Through my coaching and podcast, I share insights gained from personal growth and a diverse career path, inspiring others to transform their lives beyond quick-fix diets.

*Completed my own 70lb transformation (175 lbs to 103 lbs).
*Competed in bikini competitions, earning 2 trophies.
*Brought a chronic digestive condition into remission through structured nutrition and lifestyle change.


*Competed at an elite level in CrossFit, including 3 appearances at CrossFit Regionals
*Qualified for the 2018 Masters CrossFit Games.

I enjoy using pre-calculated meal plans, macro-friendly cookbooks, and batch-cooking guides. They help me hit my daily protein goals, keep my calories on track, and ensure I always have fuel ready for my post-workout recovery.

My Favorite Supplements

I like to take protein powder, micronutrient supplements, and omega-3 fatty acids. They help me increase protein intake, fill in nutritional gaps, and support my overall health. However, supplements are not a substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle, and it’s always best to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen
