About Me
I am a health and lifestyle coach focused on helping individuals transform their bodies and lifestyle in a sustainable, structured way. With over 10 years of experience in exercise, nutrition, and helping people feel and perform at their best, I specialize in creating clear systems, consistent habits, and long term approaches that go beyond short term motivation.
During this period, I completed my own 70lb transformation (175 lbs to 103 lbs), competed in a bikini competition and earned 2 trophies, and successfully brought a chronic digestive condition into remission through structured nutrition, training, and lifestyle change.
Focused on delivering nutrition coaching and supporting the development of nutrition based coaching businesses, combining client facing transformation work with systems and strategy for coaching delivery.
During this period, I continued high-level athletic training, competing in CrossFit at an elite level, including 3 appearances at CrossFit Regionals and qualifying for the 2018 Masters CrossFit Games.
In 2018, I also completed a deeply personal health transformation, healing from a 22-year struggle with an eating disorder, reinforcing my expertise in behavior change, identity work, and sustainable nutrition practices.
