I am originally from North Carolina, but currently live in South Florida.
I enjoy being active. I like to combine strength training with functional fitness and outdoor activities (like hiking, biking and running). Running is my favorite way to stay active, because it is also a way for me to explore new areas, find new restaurants (I really love good food), and spend some time with my dog. When I’m not at the gym or doing something active outdoors, you’ll find me at home hanging out with my family and my dogs.
I joined FLA about 5 years ago when I needed a change. I originally joined so the outer version of myself matched what I believed my inner version was (including ideals of what I should look like). While I was able to lose 100 pounds and successfully maintain that loss, what I found through the process is that I had a new outlook on life- I became more confident and more self-aware. A fire was lit inside of me to want to do better in how I love, how I experience life, and even in my financial decisions.
Chaz has helped me tremendously, and I want to pay it forward. I want to share what I have learned, and how I have been able to implement these ideas, so that I can help others reach their full potential.
